Refund Policy

Soaps: Due to health and safety considerations, soaps and conditioners are non-returnable. Please carefully review the ingredients list before making your purchase.

Soapmaking Tools: All custom-made soapmaking tools (including molds, extruder discs, and other specialty items) are made to order and therefore non-returnable or exchangeable. Please ensure accurate measurements are taken to ensure a proper fit for custom-made products.

Customer Satisfaction: The Tortoise and the Soapery is committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about a custom-made item, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
